About Us

Launched in 2019, the SG Women in Tech (SGWIT), an initiative by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) in partnership with the tech industry and community, aims to attract, inspire, and develop girls and women to pursue a career in the dynamic infocomm tech sector.

SGWIT aims to:

1. Raise awareness that diversity and inclusion yield better business outcomes

2. Attract and develop more girls and women in tech industry

3. Position Singapore as a global leader in fostering a supportive environment for women in tech

SGWIT has since evolved into a vibrant community of women in tech where ideas flourish, networks expand, and aspirations are realised.
